Web Development Process

Agora follows a proven process when designing your website. Essentially, we make sure all the written content is prepared before building your website. We build your website to accommodate the written content, and post the finished website only when it has been approved.

Written Content Preparation

Agora will prepare a draft copy of all the written content for your website. The preparation of the draft will include new and existing materials supplied, new content written by Agora, and consistent editing. During the draft preparation, we will include search engine optimization of keywords and phrases. The written draft includes the framework, organization, and navigation scheme from which to start building the website.

Website Construction

The website design will build on the framework prepared in the written draft. We will build all the visual design and navigation. Any forms or applications identified in the written draft will be built. All supporting photos and illustrations will be photo edited as required and added. Once the new website is in a functional format, it will be posted to a password protected test site for your review.

Website Approval

Once your website is constructed, it will be viewed and tested from a secure test environment. Only upon your approval will your new website be implemented.

Website Implementation

Upon approval of your new website, it will be posted to a web hosting server. You will have full access to make future changes as required. Agora can provide changes by following our test site, review, and approval process.
