Agora provides complete installation and configuration of FTP server systems.

FTP installs are designed to operate with a minimum of maintenance or support. Agora usually uses open source operating systems (Linux or Unix) and FTP applications to eliminate annual licensing and software costs. We will make firewall and router changes to accommodate access to your FTP server.

Options

• Visitors to your website can upload zipped files to your FTP server directly using a web form.
• The size of the uploaded file can be controlled depending on whether your customers upload files from your public website or from password protected private website.
• At the instant the end user uploads a file, an email can be sent to a number of preassigned email addresses. Because the notification is triggered automatically, data administrators or engineers always know when files have been uploaded to the FTP site.
• Notifications of uploaded files can contain all contact information associated with these files as well as a direct link from the email to the file on the FTP site.

• FTP access to the site can be limited to one-way uploads for customers and outside partners. End-users are unable to use your FTP site to store and retrieve files unrelated to work orders. This can increase security and peace of mind.
